Parking Lot Striping Coverage in Whiskey Creek, Florida

Whiskey Creek is a census designated place in central Lee County. The Caloosahatchee River and a small tributary, Whiskey Creek, form its western edge, with McGregor across the water. Fort Myers lies north and Cypress Lake south.

This page applies to private lots under parking lot striping. See neighbors on the service areas page.

Local striping

Sorting guests from residents on existing pavement

Whiskey Creek Drive links College Parkway with McGregor Boulevard in the county road inventory. If your property is off that drive, say whether it serves residents, guests, or both. Striping cannot add spaces, but it can show which existing ones are meant for visitors.

Wikipedia places Pine Manor and Villas to the east, with a southern extension of Fort Myers beside the community. Where a lot ends at a neighbor's pavement with no wall between, confirm with your survey where your lines should stop.

The census area is about 1.6 square miles with about 4.5 percent water. If your lot sits near the creek or river, check for loose sand and debris before paint. If it sits inland, an ordinary cleaning pass may be enough.

The county inventory lists College Parkway between Whiskey Creek Drive and Summerlin Road as six lane. If your entrance opens onto a road like that, a clear first stall row keeps arriving cars from waiting in the throat. If it opens onto a quiet street, a simple setback is enough.

Describe your lot by who parks there and when. A shared court with repeat residents and weekend guests needs a different plan from a small office with daytime visitors. Count the stalls that exist, note which are signed, and bring any written rules from the board so the paint matches them.

Photographs of the entrance, the guest stalls, and any worn sections help us compare the pavement with the plan the board approved.

Support service

Guest stalls and shared pavement

HOA parking lot striping supports a community lot with guest stalls, fire lane lines, and accessible spaces drawn from the association's approved plan. Rules belong in association documents. The paint only shows the result.

If a section of old paint conflicts with the new plan, it can be removed first so drivers see one layout, not two.

Send the plan or a description through the homepage inquiry form.

Questions

Whiskey Creek Resident Parking Questions

Four questions property managers ask about Whiskey Creek.

Can striping create more guest spaces?

Not by itself. It can show existing guest spaces more clearly. Adding spaces means changing the layout, which is a separate review.

Who approves new markings at a community lot?

Usually the board or manager. Gather the written approval or plan before scheduling.

Will lines stop at the creek side?

Marking stays on paved parking surface. Soft or eroded edges are noted before painting.

Should guest spaces be numbered?

Numbering helps where residents share an aisle. Describe your rule and we will discuss options.

Have a Whiskey Creek lot to mark?

Share the property, the markings you are thinking about, and any deadline. We will take it from there.
